Add us to your Meta Business account
Sometimes when you face issues in your Meta account or in the WhatsApp Manager, we may ask you to add our support account to your Meta Business account temporarily to help you with troubleshooting the issue.
Here are the steps on how to add our support team to inspect your account:
Open the Meta Business Settings page. If it asks you to select business account, select the one you used for setting up the WhatsApp Cloud APIs.
Now click on the Add People button on right top. That’ll open a popup.
In the popup, add our email address: support@wanotifier.com and click on Next.
In the next screen, scroll down to find the Full control section. There, in front of Everything option, select Manage from the dropdown. Then click on Next.
On the next screen, click on Invite.
This will send us an email to join your account. Do let us know via the website chat widget that you’ve sent such request so that someone from the team can look into it.
Important Note: After our support team has checked your account and resolved the issues, we request us to remove us from your account.
