# Analytics Overview

WANotifier offers a range of analytics and reporting tools that allow you to:

* Track WhatsApp API usage costs and message delivery stats
* Track message template performance
* Manage and Export WhatsApp Flow responses
* Track Notification analytics
* Monitor the performance of basic automations and auto-replies
* Monitor chatbot and drip sequence sessions

You can access these tools from the **Analytics & Reports** option in the left sidebar menu:

### **WhatsApp API Usage**

You can use this page to get a high-level overview of your **WhatsApp messaging delivery statistics and API usage costs** over a specified time period. You can track the number of messages sent and delivered, along with the costs incurred, using visual charts.

### Message Template Analytics

You can use this page to track the performance of **individual message templates**. You can see the delivery and open rates for each template, along with detailed button-level insights by button text, type, and number of clicks.

### Manage and Export WhatsApp Flow Responses

You can use this page to view and manage all responses submitted through your WhatsApp Flows. You can also export the responses for further analysis or record-keeping.

### Notification Analytics

You can use these analytics to track the **performance of your Bulk Broadcast and Transactional Notifications**, including the total number of messages sent, delivered, read, and skipped for each notification. You can also view the delivery status, read time (how long it took a contact to read your message), activity logs, and delivery reports for messages.

### Basic Automation Analytics

You can use this page to track the **performance of your Basic Automations**, including Greeting messages, Delay-in-response messages, Unsubscribe and Re-subscribe automations, and Out-of-office messages. You can check whether these automations are enabled or disabled and also view detailed execution logs for each automation type.

### Auto-Reply Analytics
