# Create Transactional Notification

You can send transactional notifications **in response to a specific user action** from your website, app, or any third-party tool via WhatsApp.

To do this, you must first add a [__Utility message template__](https://help.wanotifier.com/en/article/create-a-utility-message-template-1l9gag9/) and then create a Notification of type “**Transactions/Integration/API**” to send the transactional messages to your contacts.

In WANotifier, you can set up transactional notifications to send messages to your customers from **third-party websites, apps, or automation tools like Zapier or Pabbly** using our **REST API or WordPress Plugin**
