# Fix Error: Failed to Verify Your Information

If you are getting the following shown error, it means WhatsApp is not able to verify your information because of some reason.

**To fix this issue follow these steps:**

1. Open [Ad Accounts](https://business.facebook.com/settings/ad-accounts) page. Select your business if it asks, to continue.
2. You might see some restrictions shown there.
3. Click on Request Review and follow the instructions on screen to submit request to get the issue resolved.
4. Wait for their response for sometime. Usually it takes less than 1 working day to review.

Once the issue is resolved, you'll be able to resume setting up your phone number with WhatsApp API.
