# How to Enable Two-Step Verification?

There are two ways to enable two-step verification for your phone number: 

1. From WANotifier settings
2. From WhatsApp Manager

Let’s take a look at both methods:

### Enable Two-Step Verification through WANotifier

1. Open **WANotifier**, navigate to your account name and phone number in the left-side menu, and click on the \*\*Settings \*\*button next to them.

2. In the **Settings** dashboard, select **Tools** from the top menu.
3. On the **Tools** screen, click the **Register** button to open the registration pop-up.

4. In the popup, enter your **TWO-STEP VERIFICATION PIN** and click on **Register** button

This will enable 2-step verification for your number.

### Enable Two-Step Verification through WhatsApp Manager

1. Go to the [Phone Numbers](https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/phone_numbers) page in your WhatsApp Business Manager (make sure you select the correct **Meta Business Account** associated with your WhatsApp Business Account).
2. There you'll see a list of all your phone numbers. Click the **Settings** icon next to the number you want to enable two-step verification for.
3. Next, open the **Two-Step Verification** tab and click the **Enable** button.

4. This will trigger a pop-up prompting you to **Enter a new PIN**.

5. Enter you new PIN and click **Next** to proceed.
6. Enter your new PIN again and click **Next** to complete the process.
