# Manage & Export WhatsApp Flow Responses

In this article, we'll show you how to track, manage, and export responses submitted through your WhatsApp Flows.

Let’s get started.

### How to Manage and Export WhatsApp Flow Responses

Follow the steps below to view and export Flow responses:

###### Step 1: Open the Flow Responses Page

Click on the **Analytics and Reports** option in the left sidebar menu, then select **Flow Responses** from the dropdown.

###### Step 2: View Responses for a Specific Flow

On the Flow Responses page, select the Flow you want to view using the **SELECT FLOW** dropdown at the top.

Once the Flow responses are loaded, you can:

* Look up a specific entry in the selected Flow using the **Search** field at the top

* Adjust how many entries you can view at once using the **Show Entries** dropdown at the bottom. You can choose to view 10, 25, 50, or 100 responses at once.

* View any uploaded **images, documents, or videos** by clicking on a file within a response entry. This will open the file in a new tab.

###### Step 3: Export Flow Responses

If you want to analyze your Flow response data outside WANotifier, you can export it as an Excel file.

To do this, click on the **Export** button in the top-right corner of the Flow Responses section.

The downloaded file will include all response data, along with links to any media or documents submitted by the respondent.
