# Message Templates Taking Time to Get Approved?

Message templates are sent to WhatsApp for review. This process is not handled by us at WANotifier. In most cases, templates are reviewed within 30 minutes to 48 hours, though it may sometimes take longer for WhatsApp to approve or reject a template.

### Media-Based Templates

Text-only templates are usually approved quickly. Media-based templates that include an image, video, or document typically take longer, as they go through a manual review process.
