# Phone Number Migration Guide

If you're looking to migrate your number from another Business Solution Provider (BSP) to **WANotifier**, this article will guide you through the process.

To migrate your number, you first need to release it from your existing provider. This requires **disabling your two-factor authentication**:

1. Go to the [Phone Numbers](https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/phone-numbers/) page in your WhatsApp Business Manager (make sure you select the correct **Meta Business Account** associated with your WhatsApp Business Account).
2. There you'll see a list of all your phone numbers. Click on the **settings icon** to open the Settings page.

3. Open **Two-Step Verification** from the top navbar menu, then click the blue **Turn off two-step verification** button.

4. This will trigger a confirmation email to the admin of the account. Click the link in that email to confirm and disable the PIN. Then your phone number will be available for migration
5. After this you can then follow this [step-by-step guide](https://help.wanotifier.com/en/article/how-to-create-your-wanotifier-account-and-setup-api-19fbt3f/) to create your WANotifier account and migrate your number.

**Important Note**: If you are migrating from a BSP and have an active **credit line** with them, you'll need to **__set up a new WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)__** to migrate the number with us. This new WABA will require a new payment method to be added to it.
