Analytics Overview
WANotifier offers a range of analytics and reporting tools that allow you to:
- Track API usage and costs
- Monitor message delivery and engagement rates
- Track Notification analytics
- Track message template performance
- Manage and Export WhatsApp Flow responses
- Monitor Bot and Drip sequence sessions
You can access these tools from the Analytics & Reports option in the left sidebar menu:
Below is an overview of each tool.
Messaging Analytics
You can use these analytics to monitor your overall messaging activity, WhatsApp API usage, and costs. They show you the total number of message deliveries (free and paid) for the month, charges incurred for paid messages, the total number of messages sent and delivered from your number, and other metrics using visual charts.

Notification Analytics
You can use these analytics to track the performance of your Marketing and Transactional Notifications, including the total number of messages sent, delivered, read, and skipped for each notification. You can also view the delivery status, read time (how long it took a contact to read your message), activity logs, and delivery reports for messages.

Message Template Analytics
You can use this page to track the performance of individual message templates. You can see the delivery and open rates for each template, along with detailed button-level insights by button text, type, and number of clicks.

Manage and Export WhatsApp Flow Responses
You can use this page to view and manage all responses submitted through your WhatsApp Flows. You can also export the responses for further analysis or record-keeping.

Track Bot Sessions
You can use this page to monitor the number of sessions for your bots. You can also stop an active chatbot session when needed.

Track Drip Sessions
You can use this section to monitor the performance of your drip sequences, including the total number of sessions, how many were completed or failed, and the number of messages sent, delivered, and read. You can also track how individual messages performed in the sequence.
