Auto-Reply Analytics

The Auto-reply Analytics page gives you an overview of how a specific auto-reply is performing over time. You can check the status of a selected auto-reply (whether it is enabled or disabled), track how many times it has been triggered, and view detailed execution logs for it.

To open this page, click on Analytics & Reports in the left sidebar menu and select the Auto-replies option from the dropdown.

This is what you will see when you open the page (your view will be based on the available data in your account).

Let’s look at this page in greater detail:

Select an Auto-reply

At the top of the page, you will see the SELECT AN AUTO-REPLY dropdown. You can use this to choose the auto-reply for which you want to view analytics.

Overview

The Overview section gives you a quick summary of the selected auto-reply. It includes the following metrics:

  • Status: Indicates whether the selected auto-reply is enabled or disabled.
  • Total Executions: This is the total number of times the selected auto-reply has been triggered.
  • Total Unique Contacts: This is the number of unique contacts who received the selected auto-reply.

Execution Report

Below the Overview section, you will find the Execution Report table, which shows exactly when and how the selected auto-reply was triggered. It includes the following columns:

  • Contact: This column displays the contact name (if available) and their WhatsApp number.
  • Incoming Trigger Message: Shows the incoming message that triggered the auto-reply.
  • Auto-Response Message: Displays the message content (text, image, video, audio, or document) that was automatically sent as part of the auto-reply.
  • Execution Date: Displays the date and time when the auto-reply was executed.

If you want to search and filter the execution report by contact name or phone number, you can use the search bar at the top-left corner of this panel.

If you want to increase the number of entries shown in the table, you can use the Show entries dropdown at the bottom-left corner.

Now that you know how to use Auto-reply Analytics, let’s look at how to track and analyze the responses to your chatbots.
