Email Notifications for Unread Messages

You can enable email notifications for unread messages in your Inbox, so you don’t miss important customer conversations.

Here’s how it works:

How to Enable Email Notifications for Unread Messages

1. Click on the Settings icon next to your phone number in the left sidebar menu.

2. Once you’re on the Settings page, click on the Email Notifications option in the top menu.

3. Next, enable the toggle labeled Receive email notifications for unread messages in your Inbox.

4. Finally, click on Save Changes to apply the setting.

Note that you can disable these notifications at any time by turning the toggle off.
