Fix Error: Phone number registration failed

During the initial setup process of your phone number using Embedded Signup Flow, you might encounter the following error:

Phone number registration failed. If you are migrating from some other provider, make sure you are fully disconnected from them and have disabled 2FA.

This error comes when you try to connect a phone number that was previously used with another tool provider, and the disconnection from that provider is still not complete.

How to fix this: Please reach out to your previous provider and tell them that you're trying to migrate your number to some other provider. Ask them to disconnect your phone number and remove the payment credit line associated with it.
