How to Change Phone Number?

If you want to change your phone number that you earlier setup, you will need to first delete it and then add a new number freshly.

Important Note - When you delete your phone number, that'll delete your message templates, reset your phone number limit and also delete your contacts and notifications from WANotifier.

To change your phone number, follow the instructions below:

Go to Phone Numbers page in your WhatsApp Manager. Make sure to select the correct Meta Business Account associated with your WhatsApp Business Account.
There you'll see list of all your phone number. Click on the trash can icon to delete the number.

After that open WhatsApp Business Accounts page and delete the associated WhatsApp Business Account.
Now come back to our website Dashboard page and reload it. You should see number Disconnected error screen. If you do not see it check after 5 min.
Click on the Delete button to delete the connected number from our portal.
After the page reloads you'll see instructions on the screen to add the number from scratch.

All done. That's how you can change your phone number.
