How to Disable Two-step Verification?

To disable two-step verification, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Go to the Phone Numbers page in your WhatsApp Business Manager (make sure you select the correct Meta Business Account associated with your WhatsApp Business Account).
2. There you'll see a list of all your phone numbers. Click the Settings icon next to the number you want to disable two-step verification for.
3. Then, open the Two-Step Verification tab and click the Turn off two-step verification button to disable it.

4. This will trigger a "Turn Off two-step verification" pop-up. Click OK to proceed.

5. An email with a link will then be sent to the email address associated with your Meta Business Account. Use the link to disable two-step verification.

6. Clicking the link will take you to the following screen. Click the green Turn Off Two-Step Verification button here.

our two-step verification is now disabled. To enable it again, you'll have to create a new PIN.
