Message Delivery Blue Tick Setting
You can choose whether to show blue ticks to customers when you read their messages. This setting can be enabled or disabled at any time.

How to Enable (or Disable) Message Delivery Blue Ticks
- Click on the Inbox option in the left sidebar menu.
- In the Inbox view, go to the Conversation section and click the Settings icon at the top.
- Next, in the Inbox Settings tab, enable the Read receipts toggle to show blue ticks to your contacts under their messages when you’ve read them.
Note that you can disable this toggle at any time to hide the read status of messages from your customers.
