Subscription Showing Free Even After Upgrade?
Did you just purchase a new subscription, but your account is still showing as “Free”? You’ll need to assign your phone number to the subscription plan for the newly purchased subscription to take effect.
To assign your phone number to your WANotifier subscription, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Go to My Subscriptions Page
- Go to the My Subscriptions page from your account dropdown in the top right corner.
Step 2 - Assign a Number to Your Subscription Plan
- On the My Subscriptions page, you’ll see a table labeled WANotifier Subscriptions. In this table, look for the column titled Associated WhatsApp Number.
- If you have only one subscription, go to that row and click the dropdown in the Associated WhatsApp Number column and select the phone number you want to link to this subscription.
- If you have multiple subscriptions, find the row of the subscription you want to update, and repeat the process outlined above.
Important note: If a phone number is already associated with the subscription, you’ll need to Unassign it first. You can learn how to do that here.
