Why is Message Limit Showing as Unavailable?
If your message limit is showing as Unavailable, it means that your phone number is not yet active, as you haven’t started sending messages from your account yet.
Note that when you set up your account for the first time, WhatsApp assigns it a default limit of 250 messages per day. However, this limit won’t appear in your account until you send your first message to activate the number.
To activate your number and make the limit visible, you can:
- Send a test message to a contact from the Contacts page.
- Or, create a new notification and send it to a few test contacts.
Once you do this, your number will become active, and your daily message limit will begin reflecting.
