Basic Automation Analytics

The Basic Automation Analytics page gives you an overview of how your Basic Automations are performing over time. This includes:

  • Greeting messages
  • Delay-in response messages
  • Unsubscribe and resubscribe automations
  • Out-of-office messages

You can check the status of each automation (whether it is enabled or disabled) and view detailed execution logs for every automation type.

To open this page, click on Analytics & Reports in the left sidebar menu and select the Basic Automations option from the dropdown.

This is what you will see when you open the page (your view will vary based on the available data in your account).

Let’s look at this page in greater detail:

Basic Automations Tabs

At the top of this page, you’ll see tabs for the basic automation options. You can click on any of them to view the analytics and execution reports for the selected automation.

  • Greeting Messages: Track how many times your greeting message was triggered.
  • Delay-in-Response: Track the number of times your delay-in-response messages were triggered.
  • Unsubscribe: Track the number of times contacts were unsubscribed from your messaging lists and received unsubscribe messages.
  • Re-subscribe: Track the number of times contacts were re-subscribed to your messaging lists and received re-subscribe messages.
  • Out-of-Office: Track the number of times your out-of-office message was triggered.

Overview

The Overview section gives you a quick summary of the selected automation. It includes the following metrics:

  • Status: Indicates whether the selected automation is enabled or disabled.
  • Total Executions:  This is the total number of times the selected automation has been triggered.
  • Total Unique Contacts: This is the number of unique contacts for whom the automation was executed.

Execution Report

Below the Overview section, you will find the Execution Report table, which shows exactly when and how an automation was triggered. It includes the following columns:

  • Contact: This column displays the contact name (if available) and their WhatsApp number.
  • Incoming Trigger Message: This shows the incoming message that triggered the automation.
  • Auto-Response Message: This column shows the template or message that was automatically sent as part of the automation.
  • Execution Date: This column displays the date and time when the automation was executed.

If you want to search and filter the execution report by contact name or phone number, you can use the search bar at the top-left corner of this panel.

If you want to increase the number of entries shown on the table, you can use the Show entries dropdown at the bottom left corner.

Now that you know how to use Basic Automations Analytics, let’s look at how to track the performance of your auto-replies.
