Can I Add the AI Agent to a Chatbot Flow?

No. The WhatsApp AI Agent works on its own and can't be added as a step inside a chatbot flow.

You can still use both on the same number:

Chatbots for structured journeys with fixed steps, like lead qualification or bookings
The AI Agent for open-ended customer questions about your products, services and policies
