Delete Phone Number
If you want to delete your connected phone number to either use it back on your WhatsApp mobile app or with some other provider, you'll need to first delete and disconnect it from WhatsApp APIs and WANotifier.
Follow the steps below to complete disconnect the phone number from the APIs and WANotifier:
Go to Phone Numbers page in your WhatsApp Manager. Make sure to select the correct Meta Business Account associated with your WhatsApp Business Account.
There you'll see list of all your phone number. Click on the trash can icon to delete the number.
After that open WhatsApp Business Accounts page and delete the associated WhatsApp Business Account.
Now come back to our website Dashboard page and reload it. You should see number Disconnected error screen. If you do not see it check after 5 min.
Click on the Delete button to delete the connected number from our portal.
Following these steps will delete from number from both Meta portal and our website.
