How to Disconnect Your WhatsApp Business App Number from the API

Want to disconnect your WhatsApp Business app phone number that you set up earlier with WhatsApp API (WhatsApp Coexistence) to manage all chats solely through the app?

You can do that by following these steps:

Open the WhatsApp Business App on your phone
Go to Settings > Account > Business Platform

Tap Disconnect Account

Once you disconnect from the WhatsApp API, an account_update webhook with a PARTNER_REMOVED event will be triggered.
