How to Mask Phone Numbers in Inbox?

Phone number masking feature let's you enable masking of contact phone number in the Inbox to prevent your agents from seeing it.

You can enable it from My Account > Team Members page. Once number masking is enabled for an agent they'll not see the phone number of your customer in the Inbox.

Let's say your customer number is +919876543210, the agent will see +919********0. Like shown in the image below:

Mobile number masking

This feature helps you keep your customer contact details private and secure from your support team.
