Phone Number Settings Overview
The Phone Number Settings menu lets you manage all settings related to a specific phone number in your WANotifier account. You can use it to update your WhatsApp Business profile, access your API key for third-party app integrations, invite and manage team members in your account, configure inbox settings, and more.
To access your phone number settings, locate your phone number in the left sidebar menu and click the arrow next to it to open the dropdown. Then, click the Settings icon next to your phone number.
This will take you to the Settings page for that number. At the top, you'll see a horizontal menu with several tabs. You can switch between them to configure different settings related to your phone number.
Here’s a quick overview of what you’ll find in each tab:
Edit Profile
This tab lets you update the details that appear on your WhatsApp Business profile, such as your profile picture, business description, website links, contact information, and customer care details.

Product Catalog
This tab allows you to enable a product catalog for your business on WhatsApp.
To use this feature, you’ll have to first set up a catalog in your Meta Business Manager account.

API
This tab provides access to your API key, which you can use to connect third-party tools, like WordPress, Shopify, Google Sheets, and more, to WANotifier (and WhatsApp).

Manage Team
You can use this tab to invite new team members and assign them roles like Manager, Agent, etc., depending on the level of access you want to give them.

Tools
This tab allows you to re-register your phone number,deregister it, verify (or re-verify) it and perform other such actions when required. Please note that the tools provided in this tab should be used cautiously as they have direct impact on your number's connection status with the WhatsApp API.
Email Notifications
You can use this tab to configure notification settings for your account.

Click to WhatsApp Ads (CTWA)
This tab allows you to add leads from your Click-to-WhatsApp ads directly to your contact list, tag them for segmentation, and track conversions.

Inbox
This tab lets you configure the Inbox settings for a specific phone number. You can use it to enable or disable blue ticks for customers when you read their messages, automatically assign incoming chats to team members, and more.
