WhatsApp Flows Overview
WhatsApp Flows are interactive forms that open directly within a WhatsApp chat. They enable businesses to guide customers through simple tasks, such as filling out forms, choosing from a list of options, and booking appointments, without sending them to an external website, form, or app.

How to Create WhatsApp Flows
To create a Flow, go to the Content Library section in the left sidebar menu and select Flows. This is where you’ll find all your existing Flows and the option to create a new one.

How to Manage & Export Flow Responses
Once your Flow is live, you can view incoming responses and export the data by navigating to the Flow Responses section under Analytics & Reports in the left sidebar menu.
