ERROR: Message failed to send because of error related to your payment method
When sending marketing message templates, are you getting the error Message failed to send because of error related to your payment method.

Why are you seeing this error?
As the error message suggests, this error comes when there is an issue with your payment related on the Meta Billing portal. Note that WhatsApp API is paid and an active payment method must be available on your WhatsApp Business Account in order for WhatsApp to charge you for the API usage.
Note: This error is not related to your WANotifier billing but is related to WhatsApp API billing.
This can come if:
- You’ve not added a payment method to your WhatsApp Business Account
- You have added a payment method but there might be some payment due that WhatsApp was not able to charge
How to fix this?
Please add a payment method to your WhatsApp Business account to fix this issue.
If a payment method was added earlier, see if there are any payment dues and clear them.
Make sure to add an active credit card so that WhatsApp can charge it as per your billing usage and the issue does not happen again.
