What is the WhatsApp AI Agent?
The WhatsApp AI Agent replies to your customers on WhatsApp automatically. It understands questions written in the customer's own words, answers them using the information you give it, and hands the conversation to your team when it can't help.
The AI Agent is powered by the official Meta Business Agent. Meta runs the agent, and WANotifier lets you set it up, train it, test it and manage its conversations from one place.
